When Will I Receive My Order?

Can I Change the Delivery Address After Shipping?
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we cannot alter the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase, as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

If you need to return a product, please email us at contact.axvora@gmail.com for return instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the item is faulty, and shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
For orders valued over £80, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for items lost in transit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Please double-check your address at checkout to ensure it is correct. Axvora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the provided address. We will supply delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information upon request for your investigation.
Faulty Products
If you believe you have received a faulty product, please contact us immediately at contact.axvora@gmail.com. Once we receive and assess the faulty product, we will respond within 1-3 business days. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will arrange a free replacement and ship it back to you. We strive to make the entire process smooth and hassle-free.
